Viky, Cristina, Barcelona

Just saw the new movie by Woody Allen - Viky, Cristina, Barcelona - and enjoyed it very much :) It is a good start to the weekend!

Le Renard et l'enfant

We saw the movie Le Renard et l'enfant Saturday night - nice movie but not a "must see" like the March of the Penguins. It was interesting to hear the filmmaker, Luc Jaquet, explain why he made the movie and it definately gave it extra depth :)

Back to the Mountains

After being ill with a cold and pneumonia for far to long it time to start thinking in the mountains again... These pictures from Ásta reminded me of the fun we have on those trips. These were taken on Vífilfell late in the fall of 2008:

I just had to post this old poem as Obama is taking the seat of the American president. Gives it a new meaning!

A New Year with New Ideas!

Long time no see!!! I have moved most of my comments to Facebook but will be keeping this blog for future references, so watch this space with patience :)

I enjoyed a wonderful Christmas and New Year with my family and friends and I look forward to the new adventures the year 2009 has promised to bring me!!! I hope you also had such a nice Christmas and I know your new year will be a great one!
